Risk Rating

We have created, with you, a diverse fund portfolio to meet your overall risk criteria.
The different levels of risk can be broken down as below. Please see your Individual portfolio for the risk ratings that currently apply to each of your policies.

	Risk Rating	Description of risk
1	Low (Very Cautious)	You require a low risk investment with little or no fluctuation in the value of the capital invested
2	Medium (Cautious)	You require a low risk investment which will have some fluctuation in the value of capital invested.
3	Moderately High	You require a  moderately secure investment and are prepared for a fluctuation in the value of capital invested with the long term expectation of capital growth
4	High (Balanced)	You require a balanced investment portfolio, have a realistic attitude to risk trading short term volatility for the real prospect of long term capital growth
5	Very High (Adventurous)	You require an above average exposure to higher risk investments despite the potential loss of capital over the short term
6	Speculative	You are willing to expose your capital to high risk investments and accept the potential for a capital loss
