Registered in England; Company Registration Number 1939029

NTS Trustees Limited is a Trustee of our alternative SIPP vehicle.
Provider and Scheme Administrator
Dentons is the Provider and Scheme Administrator for our SIPP and SSAS schemes.
The principal permission granted to Dentons by the FSA is for the establishment, operation and winding up of personal pension schemes.
While authorised to control client money, Dentons is not authorised to hold such funds on its own account.
Dentons operates the Dentons SIPP under a ‘Master Trust’ arrangement with each individual SIPP holder being appointed as a Trustee, in addition to Denton & Co Trustees Limited, of a sub-trust. In this way, the individual’s SIPP assets are ring-fenced from other plans and from Dentons itself. The sub-trust enables relatively easy movement between parties and gives the client ownership and control of their investments.
The assets bought by the SIPP are legally owned by the trustees.
