Investor In Customers - Dentons Accredited 2 * - Outstanding

Dentons have been awarded the highly acclaimed Investor In Customers "2 * - Outstanding" award. We are very proud and pleased to learn that our customers value our service that we provide. The results affirm our belief, that our excellent service is one of our key strengths.

We are especially encouraged to find out that our IFA clients scored us very highly. As they deal with many companies they can directly compare our services and staff knowledge with other providers. Neil Craig, MD of Investor In Customers said "We have assessed a number of companies where the customer base includes IFAs and Denton's score of 7.79 (out of 10) is the highest on record. They've given Dentons a big thumbs up".

The process involved contacting an unfiltered list of our customers - both direct clients and intermediaries and asking them to complete an online questionnaire. The questions, provided by Investor In Customers, were structured so that 4 elements could be judged - Understand Market Needs, Meet Those Needs, Delight Customers and Create Loyalty. Under each of these headings 4 further detailed elements are assessed. One of these is Treating Customers Fairly, Dentons scored 3 *, the highest possible, under this category.

We also scored 3 * in Communications. As one client says "Dentons de-complicates pensions"
