We recognise the seriousness of the coronavirus and its impact on people and businesses and are closely following Government guidelines, which we review on a daily basis.

Our aim during this crisis is to protect our staff and the wellbeing of our clients, whilst continuing to provide a full service to the best of our ability.

We have implemented a ‘limited office access’ policy and a number of staff are now working remotely. Although these staff will have full access to our systems, this may result in a delay to our normal response times.

Our Consultants and Sales team have limited all non-essential face-to-face meetings with clients and introducers, but will offer a conferencing call or phone call as an alternative. We are keeping the situation under constant review and limiting all non-essential travel including attendance at conferences and events.

Our senior management is in regular communication with our staff to keep them up-to-date with the ongoing situation. We will continue to communicate with clients as usual.
We recognise that the situation is changing on a daily basis and will communicate any significant changes to the way in which we operate. However, we would like to reassure you that we have robust plans in place to ensure that we remain as fully operational as possible.

Please continue to contact us in the usual way through email or a phone call to the office.
