Covid-19 - update.
Posted on 24/02/2022 by Ian Stewart
Dentons is committed to caring for the safety and well-being of our staff, clients and visitors and are treating this as a high priority to stop the spread of Covid-19. We are constantly monitoring the situation, and with guidance from the government we are continuing to implement a number of measures. Our staff are now working back in the office.
However, we are limiting the number of visitors to the office and to restrict movement around the building we are asking all visitors to remain in the reception area. All deliveries must be left in reception for a member of staff to collect and other than staff no one will be allowed to enter the office areas unless necessary.
All meetings will be by pre-appointment only and you must wear a face mask (not a visor on its own). If there is a reason why you cannot wear a mask, you must let the person you are visiting know beforehand. If you arrive without a mask we will offer you a disposable one to wear; we will also be wearing a face mask for the meeting. No one other than the client will be allowed to attend the meeting (with the exception of carers).
It is essential that anyone entering the building uses the hand sanitiser supplied and complies with the latest decisions being made by the company and the
actions being taken
. All surfaces in the meeting room will be wiped between visits.
We recognise that we all have a personal responsibility to NOT spread the virus so safe social distancing and good hygiene is vital at all times. We expect all our staff and visitors to adhere to all of the actions we are taking in order to keep everyone safe and well.
