Our SIPP brochure describes our self invested personal pension scheme in detail. The following paragraphs expand upon the services we provide and our charges.

Establishment

We will provide all of the necessary documentation to establish the Plan and set up the bank account for clients. Once the Plan has been established we will send the client a folder containing all the relevant documentation.

Our fee for establishing the Plan is £350 (subject to VAT).

Standard administration services

Our standard fee for administering the Dentons SIPP will be £552 per annum.

A lower Standard administration fee of £420 per annum will apply where only a pre-approved single investment manager or platform is chosen on establishment of the SIPP.

Annual administration fees are normally deducted 6 months in arrears. Fees will be increased annually on 1st January in light of changes in the National Average Earnings Index (NAE) or Retail Prices Index (RPI).

All fees are subject to VAT.

Our Standard administration includes:

  • banking of cheques
  • reclamation of tax on contributions
  • updating scheme documentation
  • setting up and maintenance of computer records
  • HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) enquiries and audits (excluding VAT registration and returns, if required)
  • production of annual statement
  • production of Statutory Money Purchase Illustrations (SMPI)
  • adherence to the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and registration with the Pensions Regulator.

Additional administration services

Work in addition to the Standard administration will be charged on a time recorded basis. Please see our SIPP Terms and Conditions (which are incorporated within our SIPP Application form) for details.

Method of payment

The establishment fee should be settled from the Plan bank account as soon as the first contribution or transfer payment has been received. Thereafter, fees will be billed to the Plan half yearly in arrears, and deducted from the Plan bank account.
