Transparent fee structure.
Our SIPP Brochure describes our personal pension scheme in detail. The following paragraphs expand upon the services we provide and our charges.
You can also download our Fee Schedule.
We will provide all of the necessary documentation to establish the Plan and set up the bank account for your clients. Once the plan has been established we will send you a folder containing all the documentation.
Our fee for establishing the Plan is £350 (subject to VAT).
Our standard fees for administering the Dentons SIPP will be £545 per annum.
A lower annual administration fee of £410 per annum will apply where only a pre-approved single investment manager or platform is chosen on establishment of the SIPP.
Annual Administration fees are normally deducted 6 months in arrears. Fees will be increased annually on 1st January in light of changes in National Average Earnings or Retail Prices Index.
All fees are subject to VAT.
Our standard administration includes:
- Banking of cheques
- Reclamation of tax on contributions
- Updating scheme documentation
- Setting up and maintenance of computer records
- HM Revenue & Customs enquiries and audits (excluding VAT registration and returns, if required)
- Production of annual statement
- Production of Statutory Money Purchase Illustrations (SMPI)
- Data Protection Act and registration with the Pensions Regulator
Work in addition to standard administration will be charged on a time recorded basis. Please see our Terms and Conditions (incorporated within our Application form) for details.
There may be times when you or your client requires additional advice or services outside of the normal administrative procedures. For example, your client may wish to review their future retirement and the method of drawing pension or discuss investment strategies, property purchases etc.
You, or your client, may also require further services such as registering the Plan for VAT or amending the standard scheme documentation to suit their circumstances. If required, we can carry out this work and advise on all other aspects of the plan if you do not provide a particular aspect or service.
Advice on the plan outside of the normal administrative work will be calculated on a time recorded basis.
Method of Payment
The establishment fee should be settled from the plan bank account as soon as the first contribution or transfer payment has been received. Thereafter, fees will be billed to the plan half yearly in arrears, and deducted from the plan bank account.
