How can I use my SIPP to buy UK commercial property?

If clients are considering purchasing a UK commercial property through their self invested pension, clients will need to:

  1. Complete and submit the Commercial Property Questionnaire 
  2. Dentons will perform due diligence and acceptance assessment
  3. Once accepted, a Full asset SIPP or Dentons SSAS can be established
  4. This process allows clients to avoid any charges pre-establishment.
