If clients are considering purchasing a UK commercial property through their self invested pension, clients will need to complete our Commercial Property Questionnaire so that we can assess whether, in principle, the property can be held within the Dentons SIPP or Dentons SSAS. After accepting the property we can look at establishing a self invested personal pension (SIPP) or small self administered scheme (SSAS) with us. This process allows clients to avoid incurring any unnecessary expense.
