Martyn Rose has been the majority shareholder of Dentons Holdings plc since 2001. He has helped steer the company through substantial growth to its current financially stable and successful position. Martyn is a qualified barrister and became Chairman of his first publicly listed company at the age of 34. Since that time, he has been Chairman of over twenty five public and private companies with a present involvement in financial services, publishing software, online academic research, manufacturing, recruitment and commercial radio. In addition to his other commercial interests, Martyn has been a trustee of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, a school governor and co-chaired the National Citizen Service.

David joined Dentons in 2013 and brings 24 years' experience within the pension industry. David holds the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Dip PFS). He became a Director in January 2021 and Managing Director in 2023.

Hannah joined Dentons in 2016 originally as Sales Support, her role has moved into becoming a Pension Consultant following achieving the Diploma in Financial Planning. In 2024 Hannah was promoted to Director and became a member of the Board.

David has over 30 years' experience developing intermediary relationships in the financial services sector. David joined Dentons in 2011 and became a member of the Board in 2018. He is particularly responsible for Dentons' sales and marketing strategy.

Stephen has been with Dentons since January 2012, having spent all of his working life in the member directed pensions sector at some of the major providers. He joined the industry 38 years ago, training as a SSAS administrator looking after his own portfolio of SSAS clients and soon became a field-based SSAS consultant which involved providing face to face SSAS consultancy services to clients, their financial advisers and accountants. Stephen was elected a Fellow of the PMI in March 2018.

James joined Dentons in May 2014 bringing over 32 years’ experience with insured and independent SIPP providers. His primary role has been the development of new business from Financial Advisers in the North of England and Scotland. This has focussed on developing new SIPP and SSAS clients who require a more bespoke approach to retirement solutions involving assets such as commercial property, equities and more complex structured investments.

Having graduated in 2003, Oliver has worked in self-invested pensions for his entire career with a particular focus on bespoke pension planning including commercial property/land purchases as well as a huge range of other types of assets. Since 2011 his career has been developing SIPP and SSAS business with financial advisers across the Midlands and the North where he has developed a reputation for helping advisers achieve the most technical of transactions.

Craig graduated in 2013, and has been working in the SIPP industry ever since. He joined Dentons in June 2021 and his role is focused on developing relationships with financial advisers in the South West of England and South Wales. Hugh specialises in member directed self invested pension schemes. He has comprehensive experience in property investments, private company shares and divorce-related advice. Hugh, in his capacity as a professional trustee, enjoys chairing family meetings especially in difficult circumstances where his mediation and negotiation skills are recognised. Hugh has 45 years' pensions experience, beginning in the employee benefits division of a large life office specialising in the design and administration of defined benefits schemes.

In addition, Kate has also achieved Fellowship of the Personal Finance Society.

Richard joined Dentons in January 2021 as part of Dentons Pensions’ purchase of Fairmount Trustee Services Ltd from Brown Shipley. Richard has 25 years’ experience in the pensions industry, working in an administrative role for Friends Provident from 1997 and moving to Brown Shipley in 2003. Richard has been managing SIPPs and SSASs and providing professional trustee services and technical assistance for SSAS’s, as well as assisting with wealth preservation across generations. Richard holds the CII Diploma in Financial Services (DipPFS).

Stephen has worked for Fairmount Trustee Services Ltd since September 2000 and joined Dentons in January 2021 following the purchase of the business from Brown Shipley. Stephen’s technical pensions experience and knowledge extends to the provision of pension fund trusteeship, the holding of commercial property as an asset within a pension fund, pension benefits in the event of divorce and the transition of pension benefits in the event of death. Stephen holds the CII Diploma in Financial Services (DipPFS) and the CISI certificate in Advance Financial Planning (MCSI).

Katie joined Dentons in 2022, bringing with her a background in operations management and a BSc (Hons) in Biology. She began her career at Dentons within Sales Support, where she played a key role in supporting professional introducers and clients with new SIPP and SSAS enquiries. Following her progression to Sales Support Manager, Katie was promoted to Sales Manager in December 2025 in recognition of her contribution to the growth and development of the sales function. She now supports clients and professional advisers across the South East, providing guidance on new business enquiries and helping to ensure SIPP and SSAS schemes are established efficiently and smoothly.

Jamie joined Dentons in 2022 as a Pension Administrator and in 2026 stepped into the role of Regional Sales Manager in the South East to assist clients and advisers with the establishment of SIPPs and SSASs. Jamie's experience of administering pension schemes allows him to share his holistic knowledge of the lifecycle of our pension products to ensure that clients and advisers are well-informed and supported throughout the application process and beyond.

Jay joined Dentons in January 2026 and is a member of the Sales and Marketing team. He works closely with professional introducers and clients to manage new business enquiries and provide technical support throughout the SIPP and SSAS establishment process. Jay focuses on delivering clear guidance and efficient service to help ensure new schemes are established smoothly and without delay.
